Welcome to JPS Tourism. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and booking of any tour, trekking, travel, or visa-related service offered by J P S TOURISM L.L.C, trading as "JPS Tourism" ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing this website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 About Us
JPS Tourism is a travel and tourism service provider based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, offering tour packages, trekking and adventure trips, and destination tours worldwide, along with related visa assistance services.

1.2 Bookings
All bookings must be made through our website, email, or authorized representatives.A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as applicable) has been received and JPS Tourism issues a confirmation.It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all personal details (name, passport, nationality, contact information) provided at the time of booking are accurate and match official travel documents.

1.3 Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on this website are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless stated otherwise for a specific international package. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed and paid for. Prices may exclude visa fees, airport taxes, travel insurance, or other charges unless explicitly stated as "all-inclusive".

1.4 Payments
Can be made through the secure payment methods listed on ourwebsite (including card payments processed via our licensed payment gateway partner). We do not store full card details on our servers; all card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways. Full payment must be received before travel documents, tickets, or visas are issued, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.5 Travel Documents & Visa
Customers are responsible for holding a valid passport (with minimum validity as required by the destination country) and any other travel documents required for their trip. Where JPS Tourism assists with visa processing, approval remains at the sole discretion of the relevant immigration/embassy authority. JPS Tourism is not liable for visa rejections.

1.6 Changes by JPS Tourism
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or trip schedules due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, airline schedule changes, or safety concerns). Where possible, customers will be offered a comparable alternative or informed in advance.

1.7 Customer Responsibilities
Customers must disclose any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking. Customers are expected to follow the guidance of tour guides/operators and local laws and customs at the destination. JPS Tourism is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip.

1.8 Liability
JPS Tourism acts as an agent/facilitator between the customer and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, local tour operators, transport companies). While we carefully vet our partners, we are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of these independent third parties, except where required by UAE law.

1.9 Force MajeureJPS Tourism shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, or government action.

1.10 Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

1.11 Changes to TermsJPS Tourism reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

2. REFUND / CANCELLATION
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through JPS Tourism for tours, treks, and travel packages. All amounts referenced below are in UAE Dirhams (AED).

2.1 Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@jpstourism.ae.
Cancellation charges (as a percentage of total package cost) apply based on how far in advance notice is given:
30+ days before departure: 10% cancellation fee.
15–29 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee.
7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days before departure / no-show: 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable).

Visa fees, flight tickets, and any third-party non-refundable bookings already processed on the customer's behalf are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.

2.2 Cancellation by JPS Tourism:
If JPS Tourism cancels a confirmed trip (e.g., due to insufficient participants, safety concerns, or force majeure), customers will be offered either:
A full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled service, or
The option to reschedule to an alternative date/package, subject to availability.

2.3 Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
Bank or payment gateway processing charges, where applicable, may be deducted from the refunded amount.

2.4 Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable once processed:
Visa application fees
Airline tickets (subject to airline's own fare rules)
Any amount explicitly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of booking

2.5 Amendments/Date Changes
Requests to change travel dates or trip packages must be made at least 15 days before departure and are subject to availability and any fare/rate difference. Amendment requests may incur an administrative fee.
